At Lux Annam, we are devoted to curating an effortless and refined experience for every guest. Understanding that travel plans may change, our Refund & Cancellation Policy ensures clarity, flexibility, and confidence, allowing every guest to book with complete peace of mind.

Room Booking Cancellation and Modification Policy

Our room booking policy is designed to offer clarity and fairness, allowing guests to make changes or cancellations with confidence while ensuring optimal management of accommodations.

Cancellations

Full refunds will be granted for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the scheduled check-in date. Cancellations within 5 days of check-in may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the total booking amount. No-shows and same-day cancellations are strictly non-refundable.

Modifications

Any changes to the reservation dates or the number of guests are governed by availability. Guests are required to settle any price difference caused by modifications prior to arrival to confirm their adjusted booking.

Lounge & Table Reservation Policy

Lux Annam strives to provide flexible booking options for lounges and tables to accommodate guests’ plans with minimal hassle and clear terms.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Lounge and bar reservations can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. For group bookings or pre-ordered set menus, a partial deposit may be required, which is refundable upon cancellation with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Event Bookings & Private Use Policy

We understand the importance of your special occasions and have established deposit and cancellation policies to protect both your plans and our preparations.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date and event arrangements, as detailed in your event agreement. This ensures dedicated reservation of resources and staff for your event.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding deposits and preparation costs. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable except under force majeure conditions, which are evaluated fairly on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Processing

We follow a thorough refund process to ensure timely and secure reimbursement for eligible cases, maintaining transparency with all guests.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider. All refunds are issued exclusively via the original payment method to uphold security and prevent fraud.

Exceptions & Special Circumstances

In the unlikely event of natural disasters, government mandates, or public health emergencies, guests may request a credit voucher or rescheduling option, both subject to availability. Lux Annam is committed to addressing these cases with fairness, flexibility, and care to maintain guest trust and satisfaction.
