Delivery is available within Vietnam. For international orders, please contact us directly to confirm availability and rates.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed during holidays or special promotions may require additional time.

You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information when applicable.

3. Shipping Fees & Methods

Shipping fees vary based on destination, order weight, and delivery speed.

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Free shipping may be offered during special campaigns or on orders above a certain value (as specified on our website or by our concierge team).

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Major cities: 1–3 business days

Other provinces: 3–7 business days

Remote areas: Up to 10 business days

All estimates exclude order processing time.

5. Failed Deliveries & Reshipment

In cases where delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of recipient, we will contact you for a reshipment arrangement.

Additional shipping fees may apply for resending the package.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or missing items:

Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and a description of the issue.

We will review and offer a replacement, partial refund, or store credit based on the case.
