Refund & Return Policies

At Lux Annam, we are committed to providing a refined and thoughtful experience for every guest. We understand that plans may change, and this policy outlines how we handle cancellations, refunds, and service modifications for room bookings, lounge reservations, and private events.

1. Room Bookings

Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 5 days before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 5 days of check-in may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the total booking value.

No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

Modifications

Reservation changes (dates, number of guests) are subject to availability.

Any price difference due to modified dates will be applied and must be settled before arrival.

2. Lounge & Table Reservations

Lounge and bar reservations may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

For group bookings or set menus (if pre-ordered), a partial deposit may be required. This deposit is refundable with at least 24 hours' notice.

3. Event Bookings & Private Use

Deposits

All private events require a non-refundable deposit to secure the date and setup. The amount and terms will be specified in your event agreement.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding deposit and preparation costs).

Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable, except in force majeure cases, reviewed at our discretion.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

Refunds are made via the original payment method only.

5. Exceptions & Special Circumstances

In the case of natural disasters, government mandates, or health-related emergencies, guests may request a credit voucher or rescheduling option subject to availability.

Lux Annam reserves the right to assess each case individually with fairness and flexibility.
